GIFT CARD BEST PRACTICES

  • Gift cards sold in restaurants can be loaded for amounts between $5 and $100.
  • Do not sell more than $500 in gift cards to an individual in a given day. This limitation applies regardless of whether a customer is purchasing a single or multiple gift cards. For example 10-$50 or 20-$25.
  • Please refer any bulk purchase inquiries (ie. Gift card(s) totaling more than $500 in one day) to the Customer Service department. They can assist the buyer and place an order for them.
  • Always request a photo ID when a customer uses a credit card to purchase gift cards, regardless of value of the gift card. Compare customer photo on the ID and confirm that the name on the credit card matches that on the ID. Only allow the purchase if the information matches. Exercise additional caution on gift cards totaling $50 or more.Bulk Discounts for Large Volume Buyers
  • Do not accept personal or business checks for the Gift Cards.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required
by law.
